Finn and Logan meet
This weekend, Samira and Alex had some friends over for their first-ever party that involved babies. (As our slightly younger, hip friends, they are more likely to have a party that involves assembling an impromptu band to play Metallica covers.)
It was so cute to see Finn and baby Logan together. They exchanged hugs and smiles. But it made me realize how quickly these little guys grow up. Logan is 11 months old and is still in delicious baby mode, all cheeks and fuzzy baby hair. Finn, on the other hand, seems like a full-blown boy in comparison, as he tore around their apartment like a maniac after their cat and repeatedly attempted to dismantle their rice cooker, which was on a temptingly low shelf. And Finn's only 19 months old! These baby creatures sure do grow up fast. I miss those cheeks.
