gratuitous cute Finn photo and his politics
I don't have the time or energy to write a coherent blog post right now. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and we're currently undergoing a huge bathroom remodel while I'm trying to tie up all my work and get ready for the baby. For all you thrillseekers, this is a great way to really get the blood pumping.
Here's one funny anecdote:
We're flipping around on TV and a news show with John McCain comes on.
Finn: Who's that?
Me: Senator McCain.
Finn: He doesn't look very nice.
Me: Why doesn't he look nice? He's smiling at least.
Finn: He is? That doesn't look like smiling. [ED: He was, it was just one of those unconvincing McCain grimaces.]
In a related story, Finn recently asked me if Little Bill's dad was Obama. Which, in his defense, he doesn't look unlike big Bill. And being a beloved figure on the Noggin network sure can't hurt the three-year-old vote.
