snowman looks a little rough
We had perfect snowman snow on Saturday, so Finn and I built a snowman (Cormac watched from the swing). The snow was a little muddy, which gives the snowman a bit of a gritty, street quality not usually associated with anthropomorphic men of snow. Our friend, David, said he looks a little like the Tom Waits of snowmen, which really isn't far off. (I suspect he might smell faintly of Marlboros.)
